Blog#7: My favorite country

Hi! I'm Yuri. I haven't seen you for a long time. How are you getting along? Today, I'm going to tell you about my favorite country. My favorite country is Canada :)!!

During my sister's stay in Canada as a student, I went to Canada to meet my sister by myself.
I went to Vancouver and stayed there for 6days. While I stayed in Vancouver, we went to many places. We went to Stanley park three days after I arrived in Canada.

According to  a Web site, Stanley Park is recognized around the globe as one of the great parks of the world!
This park is too big to walk, so if you go to this park, you would be better to go this park by bycicle.:) There were a lot of plants and trees. Also so many beautiful flowers were in bloom. We had a good time at Stanley Park. Have a nice summer vacation! :)

  1. Hi.

    Canada looks very beautiful place!
Isn't Vancouver the city that Winter Olympic was held?
I enjoyed to watch Olympic and I was interested in the city then.
So I want to visit there.
Please tell me more stories about Canada.

  3. HI Yuri,
I visited Stanley Park once - it is huge like you said. And there are a lot of people jogging, walking, cycling, rollerblading and relaxing there. Did you go to Granville Island Market? It is also huge and you get shop for all sorts of things besides fresh food.
