Look, it is Shichirigahama sea. I like to feel sea breeze there. And there is a famous restaurant "bills" near the sea. Do you know the restaurant? I recommend Ricotta hotcake. It is very delicious. Moreover, you can see the sea in the restaurant because there is a fine view from the wide window. So if you went to Kamakura, you should visit there! And I think that you have heard "Enoden" that means Enoshima electric railway.
Please watch the video 3:10~. In the train you can see the beautiful view. Then Enoden's body is deep green and very cute. When it is sunny, you can open the window and feel winds and be relax very well.
Also there are many sightseeing spots such as Daibutsu, Tsuruoka Hachimangu and Ajisaidera. So I have not lose interest in Kamakura. Kamakura will make you enjoy!! And it takes about an hour to go to Kamakura station from Mejiro station. So please go :-) !
I went to Kamakura as a school excursion when I was an elementary schoolchild. I remember that I was surprised at the size of Great Buddha at Kamakura :-)!

Then, I had a dinner at "bills", and I saw a fine view!
By the way, I have never taken "Enoden", so if I have a chance, I want to take it someday:-)

It looks like Bills is an Australian chain - it is so interesting that it made its way to Japan. Ricotta hotcake sounds good too and the location beside the sea must be very nice. I like the way you encouraged us to go to Kamakura - only one hour from Mejiro! Is Shichirigahama near Kamakura?

ReplyDeleteYes, Shichirigahama is near Kamakura. Also the seaside is clean. And it is one hour from Mejiro to Kamakura so I recommend for you to visit there.
